Portable Toilets' guide to servicing large festival site
So, what a beast! Creamfields 2019 hit Daresbury near Warrington again this year, with over 70,000 dance music fans descending on the picturesque estate to dance, camp and generally have a blast over 4 days of the best dance music from around the world.
The infrastructure requirements here are, as you can imagine, huge. There are very few (if any) companies that could attempt to supply enough portable toilets and showers for hire for this may people, but Portable Toilets Limited stepped up to the plate once again and were delighted to do so!
The portable toilet and shower product range is very broad at a show of this size, but Portable Toilets Limited (www.ptl.uk.com) were able to take it all on with their consultative, project management based approach.
In the arena, the core product tends to be the PJ. Deployable by Portable Toilets Limited in their thousands, these are a great general admission arena product. Serviced daily (well, over-nightly!), and with attendants on the blocks throughout, they are always stocked with loo roll and hand sanitiser. They are robust too, as we all know that accidents can happen!
Campsite toilet and showers hire options
Creamfields 2019 has many brilliant upgrade options for camping, and we have the upgraded products to match! In areas such as Gold, Silver and Dreamfields, for example, we use a lot of our highly sustainable VACPOD® loos. Clean white cabins housing the latest in vacuum technology, using only 450ml of water per flush and offering a no chemical alternative to a recirc trailer, they go down a storm.
Showers are important here; and we use a combination of 6 bay trailer mounted showers for hire, along with 2 tented shower areas with space for drying and changing.
Despite some challenging conditions during the build and break, Portable Toilets Limited managed to load in and out over 250 loads of portable toilets for hire (no mean feat!), and successfully service them over the 5-day period.
We were delighted to be involved again, thanks to the client and well done to the PTL team!
